Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
This notice is for Washington residents under the My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373), and for anyone else who wants to know how health information is handled.
What health data we might hold
- Health information you choose to mention in an answer or a coaching chat. Gauntlet never asks for it.
- Voice recordings, only if you turn on "Keep my recordings" (deleted automatically after 30 days).
Why
Only to provide the service you asked for: grading your answers and coaching you. Never for advertising, and never sold.
Where it comes from
From you.
Who receives it
No one, except our processors acting for us: Google Cloud (hosting) and Anthropic (AI grading and coaching).
Your rights
- Confirm whether we hold your consumer health data and see it: Profile → Download my data.
- Delete it: delete single answers from their review page, or your whole account from Profile → Delete account.
- Withdraw consent: Profile → Privacy. Turning off "Keep my recordings" deletes your recordings straight away.
- Email neural.bridge.dev@gmail.com for anything else. We respond within 45 days. If we refuse a request you can appeal by replying to our answer, and you can contact the Washington Attorney General.
